Effective July 1st, 2024, our Founder and current President, Paul Verriez, will assume the role of Chairman. Concurrently, Brent Verriez will be named President, and Troy Verriez will step into the role of Executive Vice-President.
Paul's Transition to Chairman
As Chairman, Paul will continue to play an integral role in guiding The Verriez Group Inc.'s strategic vision and long-term goals. Paul's leadership has been the cornerstone of our success, and this new position will allow him to focus on broader company initiatives and key industry partnerships. For the last 39 years, we’ve built something strong and special in the search industry, and together, we will take Verriez to new heights for today and tomorrow" said Paul.
Brent Named President
Brent's appointment as President is a testament to his exceptional leadership and contributions to The Verriez Group Inc. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Brent has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence. As President, Brent will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure that we are the leaders in Executive Search in Southwestern Ontario. "I am honoured to follow in the footsteps of my Dad and Mentor, Paul, to step into the role of President and am committed to continuing in the success of our boutique firm for many years to come,” said Brent.
Troy Elevated to Executive Vice-President
Troy's advancement to Executive Vice-President reflects his dedication and proven track record of success within The Verriez Group Inc. In his new role, Troy will continue to lead key growth initiatives and support driving operational efficiency and innovation in today’s evolving executive search and recruitment industry. "I am beyond thrilled to take on this new challenge and look forward to contributing to the long-term success of Verriez," said Troy.
Tara, Director of Research & Administration
Tara is our Director of Research & Administration, and has just celebrated 24 years with the company. There have been a lot of operational and technological changes in the industry during Tara’s tenure, and she has been instrumental in incorporating new innovations with Verriez. “I’m proud of the positive influence we’ve had with our clients and candidates, and look forward to future success with Verriez,” Tara said.
