According to a new report from Ladders, more than a quarter of high-paying roles will be remote by the end of 2022. Before the pandemic, “only about four percent of six-figure-paying jobs were available remotely, the firm said in its quarterly report.”
At Verriez, we have seen this shift, with many clients offering the option to work remotely at least a few days a week. Our clients realize that productivity and employee engagement can both increase when personnel are trusted to get things done, whether it’s on-site or remote. Good communication is the main key to success in a remote work environment, and for candidates, soft skills like problem-solving and collaboration are crucial, along with a strong internet connection, of course!
