Ideal Candidate Profile
• 7-10+ years in senior finance management roles, ideally within a manufacturing or operationally complex environment.
• CPA designation preferred, with undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a strong ethical compass, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, risk management, change management, and fostering trust and collaboration across teams.
