Paul Verriez is a founding member of Waterhouse Executive Search Partners Strategically located in Vancouver, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, London, Toronto and Seattle Washington, our national team of professionals have combined retained executive search experience of over 150 years. Each of our alliance partners runs a regional executive search practice and are viewed as recruitment experts in their business communities. Grant C. Smith - Vancouver, BC
Grant C. Smith brings to his clients more than twenty-six years of both local and national executive search expertise. During his career, he has successfully managed in excess of 1000 client engagements. For the majority of his search career, Grant held the position of Vice President, Executive Search and Practice Leader with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's leading professional services organization. In industry, Grant has over 10 years of industry experience in General Management, Plant Management and Sales Management of a well-recognized international manufacturer and distributor. Grant has conducted many senior level search assignments for municipal governments, non-profits, crown corporations, high tech, manufacturing, distribution, private golf clubs and hotel/hospitality sector clients. He is a Certified Human Resource Professional and a member in good standing with the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia. 

Peggie Koenig - Saskatoon, SK 
Peggie brings macro level perspective to search engagements. Clients appreciate her ability to find, not just the right person, but someone who has the talent and competencies to lead the organization in achieving its goals. To do that, Peggie works with her team, reviewing the client's strategic and organizational plans to clarify exactly what's required in the new executive.
With more than 20 years of experience with strategic and organization initiatives in the public, private and non-profit sectors, Peggie offers C-level support to recruitment projects. 
Peggie holds two degrees from the University of Saskatchewan: a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction in Human Resources and General Management, and a Master's degree in Business Administration. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Paul Croteau - Winnipeg, MB 
Paul Croteau is known as one of Manitoba's leading executive search professionals. His more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment of senior management and executive leadership professionals are the foundation to his solid reputation for developing a deep understanding of his clients' needs, enabling him to provide exceptional service and successfully meet the complex challenge of matching the right leader to his clients' business needs.Paul is a Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting. Paul has extensive experience in all phases of executive search and has established a solid reputation in the national marketplace. Prior to joining Legacy Bowes Group, through KPMG and a local independent firm, Paul twice developed the largest and most successful executive search firms in Manitoba providing services to a variety of industries.Paul has completed numerous executive "C" level and general management searches for a variety of clients.
