These positions would appeal to qualified chartered accountants that are either currently in a big 4 firm or another medium size public accounting firm where there may not be defined upward mobility within a desired time frame. Director of Finance

This is a new role, reporting to the CFO/President with a mandate to direct the accounting, budget, financial reporting and treasury functions of the corporate group. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Finance’s primary focus is meeting to ensure the delivery of complete and accurate budgets and financial statements. He or she will have a staff of five. The role requires a University degree in business or accounting plus an accounting designation and at least 5-10 years of progressively more senior management experience.
